Brett and Julie- Wedded Bliss

Alright everyone! The long awaited Brett and Julie photos have arrived! Sorry it's taken me so long to get them edited and blogged! It was such a lovely day and I had the most wonderful assistant, Jenny Marvin and the whole day went pretty smoothly! (Except for the part where my flash malfunctioned and my awesome friend Matt happened to have brought his flash, the exact same one I had been using! :) Matt saves the day. :)

Julie was glowing all morning while she was getting ready to marry the man she loves and Brett was looking pretty stellar himself!

Brett and Julie painted a picture of the mountains together instead of pouring sand or lighting a unity candle. It was very fun and turned out so nice!

Julie and some of her friends kickbox! Good thing Brett and the boys were behaving most of the day... ;)

Chick-fil-a die-hards right here. :)

The reception was held inside of a big barn that has been converted for parties and such. There was lots of room for dancing and grooving.
And....everyone meet the BLSGIL Sheep! This little furry friend of the "Best Little Small Group in Longmont" is a world traveler and happens to be the BLSGIL mascot. He was an important character in this day!
And introducing...BLSGIL! The group plays kickball, and if you remember Brett and Julie's engagement session, they met that way! We had to break out the shirts for Julie on her special day.

So, of course, since Brett and Julie fell in love on the kickball field, we had to play a little at the wedding! Go Julie, Go!

Then it was time for them to make their exit!

Congratulations and MANY MANY happy years to you both! You are so dear to my heart!

Paige

Everyone meet Paige!!

Paige is our new hygienist at Boulder Dental Designs! She is super sweet, and a blast to have at the office. If any of you are in need of a super professional, gentle, and thorough cleaning- you've definitely got to come meet her!

We are working on our business website and are going to update our staff bios and add new photos. We went out for about 20 minutes after work a few weeks ago and snapped some photos. Here are a few of them! :)

Brett and Julie- Happy Together

Happy Friday to everyone!! I'm excited for this day, as I've been antsy to get these photos uploaded and blogged!

Several weeks ago, Brett, Julie and I went to McIntosh Lake in Longmont to take their engagement photos. Right after this, Julie left for Uganda with some friends! You can read about their journey, here. She asked me to hold off on posting the photos, so here they are, just a little bit later! :)

We went to McIntosh lake first. This is where Brett and Julie had their first date! They walked around the lake and according to Julie, Brett talked the whole time! They said that this is his way when he gets nervous. Today he must have been feeling much more comfortable, because he did less talking and a lot of lovingly admiring his soon-to-be bride. :)

After McIntosh Lake, they changed clothes and we headed over to Garden Acres Park, where Brett and Julie first met! They were both playing in a kickball game with their small group and it's been history since! (Once Brett wished Julie a "Happy Birthday" on her facebook!) Of course, we needed to incorporate the kickball into some photos since it was so instrumental in bringing them together! ;)

I love the way Julie's hair is blowing in the wind here, and how they are looking at one another. They were so cute, teasing one another the whole time, but with all their love for one another shining through. (I also love Julie's purple!!)

And a very sweet token, Julie's ring- which belonged to Brett's mother and is a reminder of her love and presence in Brett's life and now in Julie's even though she is only with us in spirit. I know Julie is honored to be wearing it, and will cherish it forever- just as she will cherish her husband and he will cherish her.

Thanks, Brett and Julie- for a wonderful afternoon full of smiles and laughter, and getting to know your story a little bit better. I am thoroughly looking forward to your wedding in July!
